What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy or RTT is a way of identifying limiting beliefs that are holding you back from getting what you want, removing them and replacing them with better more powerful beliefs that will benefit you. You see your mind is very powerful. It controls everything. But often it has developed some unhelpful beliefs and habits that get in your way. Some people call this self-sabotage.

RTT uses a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy to access this power. RTT was developed by Marisa Peer a highly acclaimed, award-winning therapist who has been using this method with amazing success for over 30 years. 

RTT is a deeply relaxing technique where you are in control during the whole session.

Hypnotherapy is used during an RTT session to allow access to the subconscious mind (see picture below) in order to identify the core reason of your presenting issue.

Once the root cause is understood, it can be removed and replaced with a better belief and healthier behaviour.

How does RTT work?

Think of your mind like a computer. You are running on a unique operating system that was mostly programmed in your childhood. However, this is an outdated version and certain unhelpful beliefs are getting in the way of you getting what you want. They need to be removed and updated.

Just like you take an update to get your computer or phone to run better!

RTT can quickly find the core negative (limiting) beliefs that have been affecting you, bring them to the surface to help you understand them and then discard them.

Through understanding you can then choose to rewire your thinking with healthy beliefs which will help create permanent change.

You will be provided with a recording to take away and listen to for 21 days to ensure this is reinforced and rewires your brain.

What can RTT be used for?

Anything really! Including

  • Weight reduction - know what to do but can't seem to do it, or do it consistently to get the results you are after. Or are you doing everything that should be helping your body shed weight but the number on the scales isn't moving? RTT can find out why your body wants to hold onto that extra fat.
  • Insulin resistance - despite eating a low GI intake and exercising, many of my IR clients still find it difficult to release fat. 
  • IBS - done the low FODMAP diet and while it may help, it doesn't get rid of all of the symptoms? RTT can help



If there's a food, body or health issue that you've been struggling with, something you haven't been able to shift no matter how hard you've tried, RTT can help.



How many sessions will I need?

Most issues can be resolved in one session, along with listening to the recording for 21 days

For more deep seated issues (e.g. a long term weight challenge, eating disorders) further sessions may be required, usually no more than 3.

How long is a session?

It's best to allow 2 hours 

How much does it cost?

An RTT session is $500

This includes the initial 2 hour session

A one and two week-post follow up call

And email follow ups after that
